The SCHH AI Assistant helps residents easily find and understand information about life in Sun City Hilton Head. It draws on a growing collection of community resources—official documents, SunSations articles, SCTV broadcasts, and more—to provide clear, conversational answers to your questions.
The AI Assistant is powered by NotebookLM, Google’s advanced AI tool designed to work with specific source materials. Unlike general AI chatbots, NotebookLM grounds its responses in documents you provide—in this case, the SCHH Knowledge Base. This means the Assistant understands questions about Sun City Hilton Head, retrieves relevant information from curated community materials, and responds in a friendly, natural way—all while staying anchored to accurate, source-based information rather than general internet knowledge.

The tools and resources hosted on the Spartina.io website are provided to help residents more easily find, understand, and use community information.
